The DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN message indicates that your browser isn't configured to send data to the Fiddler proxy.

Do you have a similar problem with IE? Do you have any Chrome extensions installed that transfer your traffic-- e.g. a download extension or a proxy extension?

Is there any change if you start a new instance of chrome using the command line:

    chrome --proxy-server=http://127.0.0.1:8888

Hi Eric

Thank you very much for your response soon , IE has the same problem , in fact , I have used Fiddler for a while and it has used very well , but this time I don't know what's going on with my problems ,maybe this is the reason why cannot use Fiddler anymore.

A coupon of days ago I had tried to catch and watch Facebook data with Fiddler and I had changed some setting on Fiddler. what can i do , remove old and setup new Fiddler again (I've tried ) , thanks again , Willie .

Sharing a screenshot of the Fiddler window just after you use the Help > Troubleshoot command might be helpful in understanding why you're no longer capturing traffic.

Hi Eric

Thank again , as following message and attach files that I wish all of information can help you to find out my problems

Server not found

Firefox can't find the server at ipv6.fiddler.

Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Hello,

The Firefox screenshot shows that Firefox is not configured to send its traffic to the Fiddler proxy server. This article explains how to ensure that Firefox is properly configured to send its traffic to Fiddler (which exposes its proxy server at 127.0.0.1:8888). The screenshot shows that you have many Firefox extensions installed, one or more of which may be changing your systems' proxy settings.

Other entries in the Fiddler screenshot show that Fiddler is capturing requests from Chrome and Internet Explorer but also suggest that those browsers' proxy settings are not pointed at Fiddler. This in turn suggests that there's probably some software on your system (security software, VPN software, or the like) which is preventing the browser's proxy setting from being set correctly.

While Fiddler is running and capturing, click Tools > WinINET options. Click the LAN Settings button. What do you see on the screen that appears?
