Regarding your question about Teampulse versions and updates.
We are mainly adding new functionality to the HTML 5 version and have placed the Silverlight version of the product in a support mode.
Regrettably, our immediate plans do not include adding a Feedback Portal update to the Silverlight version.
Could I ask, if there is a particular reason not to upgrade to the latest HTM5 version and use the newly added functionality?
We could offer a s support throughout the migration phase, if needed.
