There is something wrong with our feature timing data for November. The feature use counts seem to be OK and the feature timing graphs look OK but the Sum figure on the feature timing data is way too small. For instance, Usage.Total for Oct 1 to Oct 15 is 5493.9 hours, but the next month Nov 1 to Nov 15 is 215 hours, despite the graph showing that usage has probably increased. We don't believe we have altered our code. Similarly we had 646 exceptions in October but only 92 in November to date. Although we would love this to be true, it probably should be closer to 320 exceptions. Is there a problem in our use of the analytics monitor or is there a server issue at your end? Regards, Derek

Hi Derek Thanks for reporting this to us. We have begun digging into this issue, trying to determine were this drop in exceptions and feature timings originate from. I'll get back to you as soon as possible with any findings or if we have any questions concerning e.g. new version being deployed Best regards Soren EQATEC Team
