Hi, I'd like to be able to filter Exceptions and Log Messages by user e-mail. It will be helpful in case an exception occurs, but logs from the current session cannot be sent. In such cases it might be helpful for us to check other exceptions from this user. Currently the user e-mail appears in the Context Message, so maybe it will be better to have it in a separate data field. Thanks, Siyka

Hi Siyka The context message is text that is added when integrating our library with your product and the system does not know what this text is or the semantics of it, so we can't really assign it to a specific data field. Also note that the context message displayed in the list of exception is only the context message of the first occurrence of the exception. If this same exception has occurred multiple times perhaps even for different users, the individual occurrences can be find by digging into the specific issue (You can see the number of occurrences by checking the Count column in the list) For your specific case, what I find you should do was to navigate to the specific exception in question, where the lower part of the screen shows the individual occurrences. By scrolling this list to the right, you'll find both the specific Context Messages but you will also find a column named Cookie ID which is an anonymous identification of the user. You can copy the value of this cookie id and enter it into the Cookie ID filter at the bottom of the screen. By doing this and going back to the full Exception List we will only show you exceptions that occurred for this specific user in the date range you have selected. This should help you with insights into what other exceptions occurred for the specific user. Hope this helps Best regards Soren EQATEC Team
