Hello Imran,

I am sorry to hear you experience such a problem. This would not be the expected behavior and it is probably a caching issue. Please make sure you clear the cache and your browser's cookies for app.icenium.com and platform.telerik.com in all browsers. If you use Google Chrome, please make sure to also select clear cookies from beginning of time.

In case this does not make any difference, could you share if you experience the same behavior on different browsers or is the a specific one?

Let me know whether clearing the cache indeed fixes the issue.

Hello Imran,

As the problem still persists on this specific computer, would you check your internet connection and verify there aren't any connectivity issues?

If it looks fine, then in order to proceed with investigation further we will also need a fiddler capture of your session in Telerik Platform. Can you please follow these next steps to gather the requests we'll need:

1.     Log out from Telerik Platform
2.     Download Fiddler from here and install it.
3.     Run Fiddler and go to Tools -> Fiddler Options.
4.     On the HTTPS page, verify that Capture HTTPS Connects is enabled.
5.     Verify that Decrypt HTTPS traffic is enabled with the ...from all processes option and minimize Fiddler to tray.
6.     Log in Telerik Platform and proceed to opening the corrupted app.
7.     In Fiddler, go to File -> Save -> All Sessions, save the archive to disk. This will produce a SAZ file.
8.     Zip the .saz file and attach it in a ticket.

You can share those details about your case in a new support ticket so that this information to be kept privately.

Hi Imran,

Checking the fiddler capture, it seems to lack the https requests:
4.     On the HTTPS page, verify that Capture HTTPS Connects is enabled.

Would you enable them to include any issues with the secured connection? Also, would you please check the web inspector of the browser for any errors?

Hi Imran,

It seems the certificate was not trusted for some reason. Would you please try the following workflow:
1. In Fiddler, navigate to Actions -> Reset All Certificates
2. Click Yes to delete the current certificates (if such) as prompted
3. A new informational window will pop-up. Press "OK"
4. Select Yes to Trust the Fiddler Root Certificate (as illustrated on the attached image).
5. Click Yes to install the certificate.

Please note you may need to restart the browser.

In addition, would you please clarify what is your operational system? Do you eventually test on a virtual machine?
What result do you get if you try accessing the following URL: https://platform.telerik.com/appbuilder/webclient/ping.json?
