Failed to install Telerik Control Panel on Windows 7 64 bits

We have following error when install Telerik Control Panel

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues when using the Telerik Control Panel. The application crash is due to a connectivity issue. Can you check with you network administrator and ensure that connectivity to www.telerik.com is not blocked for some reason? If the connectivity issue remains then I can only suggest you to use the offline msi installer packages. You can download them through your Telerik account under the "Products and Subscriptions" section.

There is no network to deal with. It is being installed on a home computer.
An installation is supposed to install the software not look online to get the products installed.
Please read the error description again and let me know how to fix it.

I followed the instructions to install the products and I downloaded them from the subscription. This is how I got the error.

I DID can download them through your Telerik account under the "Products and Subscriptions" section AND THEY WILL NOT INSTALL

I will follow up shortly in your tickets with more private information associated with you account. What I can say at this point is that, most likely, you have downloaded the ControlPanel or the WebInstaller that both need Internet connection and the Telerik.StandaloneUtils assembly and not the full installation packages for individual products.
