Export Project Timeline

Hello,

we need a way to export the planning and timeline as a PDF or some other form of visual communication (PowerPoint, Smart-Draw), anything would be helpful for a monthly report to senior management.

Hello Dana,

 Currently we provide a way to export selected items' information from almost all TeamPulse screens. You need to select the columns you wish to expose and then export in the desired format.
 You can also export each of the reports and in your case Details report could be useful - check attached screenshot.

 In regards to timeline exporting, at the moment we do not provide such functionality, but I will add feature request in our TeamPulse project. Do you imagine having export button on View Schedule screen, which would export the timeline graph, or a separate report including graph and the items assigned to the selected period?

Hi Stevie,

 Currently there is no Timeline (or export of iterations' data - start/end dates, capacity) in the new TeamPulse interface. However there are existing feature requests on our public Feedback portal:

• Timeline view in the HTML interface (Gantt chart)
• Export project timeline

 I highly encourage you to visit the suggested and any other requests you find interesting and vote for them. The more votes an item gets the more likely it will be to be implemented sooner.
