Hi DCMS,
Could you specify how many items you are trying to export ? And what version of the RadControls are you using ? We have just tried to reproduce the mentioned exception, but we could not.

Problem is occurred when I tried to save a file with more than 80 000 records.
Exporting 5 000 records file is saved successful .
