Hello,

I am an existing customer of Vanatec OpenAccess.  I purchased two years of support and upgrades and would like information on how to add this to my account profile on telerik.com so that I can download the new version.

I tried to open a support ticket for this but OpenAccess was not listed as an option when creating a support ticket.

Dear existing OpenAccess Customer,

we have sent an email to all of you on October 10th, sent by Vanatec. If you missed that email please review your mailbox or contact us again at sales@telerik.com; it is worth doing so. You should find yourself and the licenses purchased here using your former Vanatec accounts.
