Exception count per client

    It seems that the same exception can be reported many times for the same client, and the count is the sum. My goal is to keep as many users as possible happy, so knowing the number of exceptions that reported the same exception would be much more interesting. I would prioritize where many users are affected

    Hi Mattias From reading your suggestion I think you meant to write "...so knowing the number of users that reported the same exception...", correct? I think that is a very valid suggestion and I'll be sure to put your feedback into our feature database. I would have loved to be able to suggest a workaround, but if the exception has been reported many times there is currently no easy way of determining the actual number of users affected (since going into each exception and trying to determine the number of unique users is not really feasible).     Hi Mattias We've just push an update that included the information you requested. If you go into an exception you can now click the "More..." link to view additional details on the exception...included the total number of affected users Hope this helps Best regards S?ren EQATEC Team
