I am using Telerik 2014.3.1024.35 version to manage the UI of a SharePoint 2010 Site. I need to know If Telerik can provide a Excel like filtering.

The Excel-like filtering functionality of RadGrid was introduced in Q3 2015, so in order to take advantage of that functionality you need to upgrade to our latest versions. Following is a help article where you could find additional information on the Excel-like filtering:
