Looking forward to trying this out :)

I am getting the same error. I just installed TeamPulse trial version and Silverlight. After restarting the browser, I am getting the error "This application was created for an expired beta release of Silverlight. Please contact the owner of this application and have them upgrade their application using an official release of silverlight.". When I click OK on the message, nothing happens. The application is not working.

    Hello Suresh,

When TeamPulse was released this week, it was released for use with the Silverlight 4 RC and not the RTM.  I suspect that you've installed the Silverlight 4 RTM and are therefore seeing this message.  Can you confirm this?

We are working on getting a version which supports Silverlight 4 RTM out as soon as possible.

    Kind regards,
    Robert Régnier

Is there a way we can make silverlight ignore this problem?

How long is estimated till there is a version that supports the RTM?

    Hi Suresh & Andrew,

We are currently in the process of upgrading TeamPulse to work with the RTM components, and will be releasing it as soon as we can.

Here's a short term fix to get around the Silverlight expired issue.

    1. Un-install Sivlerlight (current version) from both the server and your PC (otherwise you cannot connect to the TeamPulse web site)
    2. Go to http://www.filehippo.com/download_silverlight/7214/ and download Silverlight 4.0.50303 RC (8.1 MB file size).
    3. Install this on the server and your PC.

You now can connect to your TeamPulse server..   :)
