Error loading theme when adding new controls to form

I get an error message

Error loading theme a dozen times when placing a rad control on the form. This is happening after I just upgraded. How do I fix this?

I get all kinds of Telerik errors popping up in my project. I'm very concerned.... what's going on?

Hi,

All errors of this type most probably appear when your application references WinControls assemblies with different versions. Please update all references inside your application to the latest Telerik Controls for WinForms (latest version is 3.0.0.0), rebuild your application and restart VS.NET environment. This should fix this problem.

After I did that, I got the same errors, plus now it's saying I have many many duplicate declarations, all telerik controls. However, there's no line numbers where this duplicate declarations are occurring?

Sorry those were warnings not errors... after another rebuild it was ok. I guess I just need to troubleshoot each error one by one.

I am not sure how exactly this happens, but probably there are still some assemblies with different versions left either among project references or in the bin folder of the application. If this does not help, please open a support ticket, where you can send us your application and we can be more precise with our help.
