I get a FatalErrorTelerik. Return value 2 when trying to install JustTrace_2011.2.901_DEV.msi on a Windows XP SP3 O/S. I am running as an administrator.

I see in the installation log file that Access is denied when InstallerCustomCommands.CustomActions.RegisterCommandServer(Session session) runs.

Is there anything I am missing?

Thanks in advance

Here part of the the installation log:

Hello Pierre,

Sometimes anti-virus programs keep executable files locked while scanning them, which interferes with the installation process. Please, try temporarily switching your AV program off while installing JustTrace.
Let us know if that solved your issue.
