Error in XAML and Building Project

I dont know what is the issue, but whichever control I integrate I get this error attached in the screen. When building I also get the error as attached.

Please respond.

Hi Nabeel,

 Can you try Cleaning the project and also go to the Bin and obj folders of your application and delete them from the file system. 
After that rebuilding the project should fix the problem.

no. this issue is due to silverlight different versions. you cannot build your new controls in SL 3. You will get this same error. When we set the project to SL 4 then everything is working fine.
