Hi all

I have now updated justcode to the new release "JustCode_2016.2.608.1_Dev.msi"

After that, i got always an error starting VS2013.

(Version 12.0.40629.00 Update 5
Microsoft .NET Framework
Version 4.6.01055
Installed Version: Professional)

The error is attached in a png and ask to refer ActivityLog.xml log file which I can post if you need it.

Restart VS (with administrator right) doesn't change. Even system reboot.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

Bye

Fabio

Hello,

I am really sorry for the inconvenience!

It looks like Roaming Manager Package is a Visual Studio package. To be honest, I have no idea what is that package and what it should do.

We could have a look at your ActivityLog.

You could try to remove %localappdata%\Microsoft\VisualStudio\12.0\ComponentModelCache if it is a MEF related issue, but that is a wild guess.

Hi,

I did a little research and it looks like that package is used for the Visual Studio Synchronize Settings feature. If you don't use it then I guess you could disable the package and the error would go away.

You can read more about it here -  Roaming Manager Package in. Visual Studio 2013

Please, let us know if you find out how to fix the problem.
