I am getting this error in IE 7 when loading my web page.

I have sopent hours trying to find the cause of it but I cannot.
Would be grateful for any helpo you might be able to provide.

It seems that either your machine is currently turned off or for some reason we are unable to access the site you have provided. As you are the first one to contact us with this problem, we would appreciate it if you can provide us with a code snippet or a project that replicates it and we will do our best to fix/provide working solution.
