    Hi,
I'm developing a win form application using VS2005 and Teleric RadControls for WinForms Q1 2007.
I have inserted one docking Manager object in the forms with 4 docking panels and one tabbed document.

Now, when in VS I close the tab with form1.cs [Design], I receive the following error:
"The control Telerik.WinControls.Docking.AutoHideContent has thrown an unhandled exception in the designer and has been disabled.

    Exception:
    Cannot access to disposed object.
    Object name: 'DockPanel'.

    Stack trace:"
    (there isn't stack trace)
The program works fine, error is only in the designer.
I have try to use dockingManager in various forms and this error occurrs only in some.. I can't find any solution.

    Thanks for support!
    Lorenzo

    Hi Lorenzo,

Please open a formal support ticket and send us a simple project of this problem so that we can debug it. Make sure to include Form1. Thank you in advance.

Was there a resolution to this?  We have the same problem.  I can't send you the code because it's a large project with dozens of files.  I don't have time to separate it out.

    Hello Mark K.,

We will continue to research the problems related to DockingManager disposing at design-time and make minor fixes. The fixes will be included in our next release.

Our focus current is the new RadDock component, whose disposing mechanism will be controllable from its API. The new RadDock Beta will be available very soon. You can find more information here.
