This seems to be an installation issue. It looks like you are missing some assemblies after the installation. Can you please try to uninstall the product and clean your machine from any left over assemblies. This includes checking your GAC (C:\Windows\assembly") for any Telerik.OpenAccess assemblies that were not uninstalled correctly. After you have made sure that no assemblies are left please do a clean installation of our product. This should fix your problem.
