Hello Kenn I would suggest that you open up via DNS name of your firewall and alternatively via IP if it is not possible with DNS. The monitor contacts on computer servers in a specific url which is based on the produktkey as it started with. If you take your product "Pol.Client [New Production]" s? has the ProductKey 6B9522A01E1D4C6F81E41603C82EFC01. Here, the url which contacted be 6B9522A01E1D4C6F81E41603C82EFC01.0.1.eqatec-monitor.com. Note the use of the full produktkey plus two subdomains (here 0.1) which are the last two characters of the full ProduktKey. This formula can be reused for all products (you can find the list of products in our online app). I would however recommend that you use you wildcards if possible (ie *. Eqatec-monitor.com) so I will not have to configure the firewall every time you change / add products. If you can not open via DNS so you can find our IP by pinging the above URL. The reason we do not recommend this is that IP addresses can potentially change, whereas DNS names are completely static.
