When I create a new blank or KendoUI project and run it right away in the simulator I notice a few things.  The iPhone and iPad simulator don't have the menu bar like the Android versions do.  The second thing I noticed is that everything seems to be off centered and doesn't fit correctly on the screen.  I attached a screen shot.

On a side note, is there a way to drag the screen around in the simulators?  When I have more content than is on the screen I can't seem to find a way to scroll around to it.  I tried dragging the screen, but that doesn't seem to work.

I tried the steps you described but I see the Kendo project as expected - Menu bar at the bottom(in iPhone) and text is centered.

Could you please make sure that your project is fully loaded when you are running simulator. You can look in output pane in Graphite after you create/open your project. The message says "ProjectName Synchronized"

If problem persist please tell me your username and project so I can try to open the project created by you.

I made sure that the project was synchronized and I am still seeing the issue.  I log in with my email address, Derek.Schwechel@gmail.com, and the project is NewKendo.  Let me know what you find out.

I am getting the same exact thing.  Did you ever solve this?

No, I never got a resolution to the issue and I still can't get a project running.

Hi,

I suspect that you are both stumbling upon a known issue - your machine is configured with higher than normal DPI setting. Can you confirm that this is the case for you?
If so I'm glad to inform you that this issue should be fixed in our next release, scheduled to be released in the weeks to follow.

I hope this will be of help

I'm also seeing the same thing, my screen resolution is 1920x1080.

I've been able to work around it on the Android devices by setting the width on the Views and the footer to 80%. The iOS devices still don't work though.

This works for the emulator but I'll have to switch them all back when I publish, looking forward to the permanent/correct fix to this.

Thanks!
