I've setup JustTrace (via the cmd route as administrator) and it installed fine. However whenever I try to profile anything (including the Demo.RayTracer.exe example) all I get are empty snapshots -the live data doesn't show anything either.  This is the same whether JustTrace is in stand alone or within VS2010.

I have  Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit  -with VS2010.

Any ideas ?

Hello Norsten,

Thank you for your feedback. We found a possible issue with the required privileges. Can you make sure that your account is part from "Performance Log Users" group? Please let us know if that solves the issue.

I am also getting empty snapshots for an asp.net app and that's after at least a minute of justTrace getting the snapshot. I am an admin on the box. I added myself to that group for kicks.

Exact same issue.

Running VS2010 on a Windows 7 64bit.
Using an Admin user and added to the performance log group.

But still getting empty snapshots.

Hi Everyone,

We have worked on the problem and fixed some possible issues. There is a new JustTrace Beta version so please try it and let us know whether the problem still exists. We will appreciate any other feedback as well.
