But i am unable to find the RadButton control in the version which I am using.

Hi Shashank,
Since you are using Q3 2009, there is no way to use it until you upgrade at least to Q3 2010 release.

The RadButton control was added to the RadControls suite in Q3 2010 as stated in our release notes below:
http://www.telerik.com/products/aspnet-ajax/whats-new/release-history/q3-2010-version-2010-3-1109.aspx
Since you are using Q3 2009, there is no way to use it until you upgrade at least to Q3 2010 release.
