Hello Telerik,

Is there any possibility to get the FrameworkElement from WPF application by specifying screen coordinates? I found a 'ElementFromPoint' method, but it returns 'The method or operation is not implemented.' I want to implement a small application that returns a framework element based on the mouse coordinates.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards,
Stanislav Hordiyenko

Hi Stanislav,

Unfortunately, as the error states, it turned out that the ElementFromPoint() method for WPF is not implemented. However I also discovered that we have this method implemented for Silverlight, so it shouldn't take us too long to get this implemented for WPF as well. I logged this as a feature request. You can track its progress and vote for it here: Public URL. Thanks for notifying us about the missing implementation.

All the best,
