    I have a custom EditAppointmentDialog template.
    I handle the AppointmentEditing event.

    Firing the AppointmentEditing event, gives me the control to enable the Confirm 'OK' button through the e.Cancel property.

    I set e.Cancel to true if I want the editing to be disabled and false to enable depending on a criteria.

    e.g.
    void ScheduleView_AppointmentEditing (sender, e)
    {
        if(CHECKEDOUT == true) e.Cancel = true;
         else e.Cancel = false;
    }

    I added a refresh button inside the window which refreshes the appointment from the database.

    Question: How do I control the editing enable property (set Readonly to true/false) outside the AppointmentEditing event? OR how can I re-fire the same event when clicking a button inside the dialog window?

    The goal for this example is: User wants to refresh the appointment without closing the window until its checked in by the other user enabling the 'refreshing' user to make changes to the appointment.
