Hello,
When the spellcheck is complete the RadEditor is once again available for editing and you can modify its content. If you are referring to the time during the spellcheck - I am afraid that this is not possible, because modifying the text during spellchecking is prone to breaking the process, especially if content is changed in a place that has already been checked.
