I have a DropDownList in my windows application. When i open the list and move the window where the dropdown sits in, the opened list gets detached from the control and just sits on the screen. I use controls from the Q2 2007 release but i also tried the release before and encounter the same strange behavior. how can i get rid of this behavior?

Thank you

Hi Kerstin,

We didn't manage to reproduce this problem. We have tested the RadComboBox control in a newly created project and it behaves as expected. However, using older versions could cause such unexpected behavior. Could you please send us a small sample application that demonstrates this.

Please, contact us again in case you have additional questions.

All the best,

I am already using the latest build for the window controls. If you would like me to i can send you a sample project over so you can see a windows application  window and when you open the list and move the window you will see the opened list of the dropdown will stay and the rest of the dropdown will move with the window.

Hi kerstin,

We confirm that we cannot reproduce the problem with the latest version of our controls. I would suggest checking the references in your project (version should be 4.0.2.0). Please make sure that all Telerik DLLs in the GAC bear a version number of 4.0.2.0. However, if this doesn't help, send us the sample project.

Contact us again if you have any other questions.
