Dragable ComparativeMeasure and other regions

I know there is not direct support to allow dragging of the ComparitiveMeasure line in BulletGraph. However what I'd like to know if it is possible to do this via some kind of workaround?

  Below I attached a sample that demonstrates how you may achieve this with RadBulletGraph. Please mind that this is not a well-tested standalone solution but a workaround and any further customizations and/or code changes are up to you.
