We are facing problem while dragging and dropping more than 2 shapes from one container to another.
You can reproduce the issue by loading the this xml into the Diagrams First Look demo: http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#Diagrams/FirstLook
Moving/dragging the shapes individually, or 2 at a time, from 'Source' container to 'Target' container is working fine but moving all three together, causes the source container to expand and overlap the target container.
