Hi
We need to drag from radscheduler and drop it in radgrid.
Please share any useful information (links or sample project) ASAP.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Leela,

The demo that Veronica sent you is for the reverse scenario - dragging from RadGrid to RadScheduler.

I'm afraid appointments cannot be dragged the other way around. Our current drag-and-drop implementation restricts the dragging of appointments outside of the RadScheduler.

This is a limitation that we're looking to address in future releases. Apologies for any caused inconvenience.

Kind regards,

Hello Prasanna,

Unfortunately dragging appointments our of RadScheduler is not implemented in the control. Please excuse us for the inconveniences caused by this limitation.

Hello Tsvetomir,

I found this post and wanted to know Telerik has ever resolved the business scenario where appointment needs to be dragged outside of the RadSchedule and dropped into another control. What I have in mind is something like a pin board so I can later reschedule this appointment for a different day.

Thank you
IG

Hello Igor,

Unfortunately this behavior is still not supported in RadScheduler. Please excuse us for this limitation of the control.

Hello Plamen,

I have a scenario where appointments need to be dragged from Rad Scheduler to Rad Grid.

We are using latest Telerik 2015 version. Please let us know if this feature is supported in the latest version.

Thank you,

Manju.

Hello,

The scenario is still not supported by the control because it was not designed to drop appointments out of it. Yet I am attaching a sample page where a sample workaround for such scenario is implemented.

Hope this will be helpful.
