Downloading quarterly releases

Hello All, forgive me if I haven't looked around enough, but where are the quarterly releases/service packs located? I've recently taken over application development with rad controls from someone who left our company and am still finding my way around this site. The newest release contains the RadChart group name format fix I need. I don't see any Updates/Service Packs links jumping out at me.

Click on "Client.net" in the menu bar at the top of the page, and then "My Licenses".
