I get a done building and successfully deployed message, however the app does not open (because it is not installed) on the device. I also see a INSTALL_FAILED_INVALID_APK message. Please see below my (obfuscated) log.
[2014-02-06 15:26:33.614] Log (Info,None): Project "xxxxxxxx" (default targets):
Done building project "xxxxxxxx.proj".
Successfully deployed application com.xxxxx.xxxxxxxx to GT-I9100.

What can be wrong?

When I use 'Publish' to generate the APK, then I can install it without any problems.

Hello Jan-Dirk,
Thanks for your feedback.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to reproduce your issue.
Would you please provide us some steps to follow and your project name in order to reproduce the exception and investigate the cause?
I look forward to hearing from you.

Zdravko,
I am not following any specific steps to deploy to my device. I just make sure that I don't have the app installed on my device (Samsung Galaxy S2) and click the build and deploy button.
The name of the app is 'Assets to EAM'.

Hi guys,
We've managed to reproduce the issue with a Nexus 4 phone with the CyanogenMod 11 custom ROM. It seems that the security settings do not allow the package to be installed from the temporary directory where we deploy on the device.
The fix for this issue will be out with the 1.11.2 hotfix of AppBuilder which we will release in a few days.
Kind regards,
Martin
