Does Icenium Work??   Tried browser client (Mist) and created new project and it just spins and never loads.  I tried Mist on 3 browsers with no luck.  Downloaded the Win client  ( Graphite) and could not create a new project (the whole top bar is missing).  I finally tried the VS extension and then realized I need VS2012.  What else can I do - I give up and will come back to Icenium when Telerik is ready for prime time

If Mist does not work for you, then I am fairly certain you have firewall blocking the icenium service calls or proxy that shapes your traffic. Turn those off or at the very least allow everything from *.icenium.com and you should be fine.

If that is not possible for you, then you're not ready for prime time, not an innovative cloud based product ..

P.S. Use Chrome browser.

Hey David,  I think I'm ready for prime time, but sounds like MIST is definitely not.  Use Chrome???? Why, is something not working in other browsers.  I tried Chrome, firefox and ie.  Problems with all.  Btw, I use Kendo with no problem and have been developing software for 15 years.  Also, insulting me is not a good angle for you guys.

David, I just tried Chrome to url https://app.icenium.com/Mist/Workspace/App1.   What happens.... it says "loading" and spins indefinitely.  Seriously, you guys need to fix this garbage before you insult developers

Hello Russell,

David is just user like yourself and is not working for Icenium. Also it might be the fact that I'm not a native speaker, but I do not see any insult in David's post.

In order to help you pinpoint the culprit (which is most likely what David had pointed out), we would require the logs from FiddlerCap (enable Decrypt HTTPS Traffic option). Start it before launching Mist and save the HTTP requests session to disk. Zip and upload those to a free file server so we can review them. Additionally open Chrome's console (Ctrl + Shift + J) and check for any exceptions there and if any post them here. Chrome is the only browser that offers full support for Mist, this information is already available in the product System Requirements.

On a side note, did you try turning off firewall/proxy or allowing all traffic from *.icenium.com already?

Regards,
Steve
