    • Hi

I am using the DevExpress ShapedForm with Addin Express to create a Microsoft outlook Addin and now i want to allow the user to drag my ShapedForm and snap it to outlook.
can i assign an external form (external to my application like outlook explorer) to the RadDock ? If no is their any other idea for help regarding this issue?

Hello Shireen,

Thank you for contacting Telerik Support.

RadDock has the capability of automatically finding and attaching Multiple Document Interface (MDI) child forms as tabbed documents. You can find more information about it in Automatic MDI Form Handling help article.

I hope this information helps. Should you have further questions, I would be glad to help.

Would you please provide me with a sample code to dock a normal form in Microsoft outlook because it didn't succeeded with me. I can only get the Outlook.ActiveExplorer() or IntPtr for the Outlook Explorer while the RadDock takes only a type of Control.

Hello Shireen,

Thank you for writing back.

Docking a standard form to Microsoft Outlook is a question, related to Office development in Visual Studio rather than RadControls for WinForms. Please address your question in the appropriate MSDN forums. Here is a link that can get you started: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/hh133430.aspx

I hope this information helps. Should you have further questions, I would be glad to help.
