Is there any sort of demo somewhere on a Fixed position dock bottom implementation of the RadToolBar (that works on IE6?...since it can't do fixed)
Or should I look elsewhere...

Hello Steve,
Check this workaround for the missing position: fixed in IE6. Please note that this solution is based on the position: relative bug, so maybe it won't work in all cases but its the best available (the only one based on CSS).
