DOck Panel Not Visible in Deep Hierarchical

 i am  using Rad Docking Panel , i created user control inside Raddock panel is there .
while i inser this user control to the another  control rad dock panel is not coming with the User control. if i removed user control  controls are coming properly.
if i go to the deeper hierarchy with rad docking will get the same issue.
