Doc of Q2 says Q1

- Significant parts of Q2 documentation seem to be missing (for example Ribbon Bar).
- Some links to the website are not working
- Even the title points to Q1
- Undocumented breaking changes ...

All in all I'm very disapointed with the quality of the docs once again. Where is the major improvement you promised us about one year ago?
This release feels very much like it should have been the Q2 beta.

I have to agree with erwin, the documentation is a nightmare. 

- As the product is a product for developers i expect to have a up to date documentation for every feature of the product

- The API Reference is in its current form of no use for me. There are just to many pages without any description.

Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately the documentation was not properly updated when preparing the Q2 release. This will me remedied shortly by re-uploading the tools with a new version of the help, which will offer a few new chapters (while not too many).

We realize that the documentation is lacking when compared to the growth of the tools. Since we did not have much time to update it properly for the Q2 release, we will to our best to do so for SP1, which is a few weeks away. We will update this thread with the new improvement we plan to add.
For now we will treat the latest feature additions with top priority and we will information on these first (this includes a full update of the Ribbon docs). Then we will focus on the API, since this topic has come up yet once again. If you would like to get more information on other controls, please let us know, so that we can schedule these.

As to the website links, although we decided to upload Q2 2009 in the previous week, this version is still not officially announced to the publics. We decided to make a public announcement today. Therefore, you are not able to view content of the Release Notes website link. This link will contain the list of breaking changed for all RadControls for WinForms.

We have listed the RadDock breaking changes in the documentation >> RadDock >> Overview >> Breaking Changes. In case you think that there is something missing, please let us know so that we can research the cause.
