If you've got tests that use JustMock, do you need to install it on the TFS build server for them to run? Or will it pull in the right DLL references automatically? My manager is looking for a good mocking solution without that setup overhead.

Hi David,

Thanks again for sending us your query. If you are mocking any static or non-virtual members then it’s done via profiler and it is registered during installation. Therefore, you need to install JustMock in that case. However, if you are just mocking virtual members which is done using the built-in proxy in Teleirk.JustMock.dll  then you don’t need to install it in build sever.

In addition, JustMock license is per developer seat and you don’t need to purchase it for each build machine where you install the product.

Kind Regards,
