could you please give me some info on your environment:
-What kind of Windows are you running?
-Is your Windows also in Japanese?
I noticed in the screenshot you're using CodeRush. It's possible that some sort of incompatibility exists between WebUI Test Studio and CodeRush.
If possible, would you please install WebUI Test Studio on a different machine in your office (one without CodeRush) - this will help eliminate the possibility that the problem is related to CodeRush.
