The current setup that we have for Telerik is 1 scheduling server and 4 run time server with plans to run all tests on 4 different browsers (IE11, firefox, chrome, and edge).  Is there a way that we can setup the test list so that when scheduling it to run it distributes the tests across all run time servers but keeps them grouped by browser?  So that all the tests to be run in IE11 are run on the same run time server, and likewise for the other browsers.  It seems like right now the way that the distributed test works is that it give the first test to the first run time server and the second test to the second run time server.

Hi Richard,

Thank you for your question.

Unfortunately it is not possible to distribute the runs on remote machines based on a specific browser in a single scheduled job. To complete such task you have to point in the test list settings explicitly which browser is to be executed and to schedule this test list to run on the dedicated machine.

There is no special order in jobs distribution that could be set by the user. Once there is a free execution server node next job is send to it.

I hope this answers to your question.
