displaying rad message box in asp.net

I am Yogesh. I am new to asp.net with c#. I am working with asp.net ajax rad controls.... I want display a rad message box. also for confirm and alert.
Could anyone help me to get through this plz.....

      I am working with toolbar where i have delete option and i am not using button and its click event. i mean where to call that script function.... 
      So could you plz tell me where to write your code.
