Currently the suite does not support the Prompt attribute, but you could log this as a feature request in our public portal and if the item receives enough votes, our developers team will consider such implementation for future releases. Additionally, please specify which widgets should support that attribute:

On a side note, with the current implementation of the editors you could use their Placeholder property to set the empty message:
