Display Appointments On Hover Over "more"

Is there an easy way to display the rest of the appointments if the user hovers over the "more" link in a cell? Just a tooltip or a literal that would show a list of all the subject just so users will not have to double check appointments and can visually see while still on the over all month view. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
