is there a way to make it so the user can drag and drop a directory to the uploader and it will then upload all the file and preserve the directory structure from the main folder onwards?

Hello Jacob,

 This is not possible since you need to have the uploaded file's parent directory name. Unfortunately this property like many other are not accessible due to security restrictions in Silverlight.
