Hello Maurício,
The diagram does not provide such functionality out of the box. However, you should be able to implement it with custom code by modifying the template of the shapes.
For your convenience I attached a sample project demonstrating such approach. You can use it as a starting point for your implementation. Please give the solution a try and let me know if it helps.

Actually what I need is a little bit more complex, I need to be able to select two points to add the dimension line, I also need to be able to customize and drag it.
I am thinking of using connectors and connections attached to a thin shape.
Check the attached GIF to see what I've done so far.
I created a new tool where I grab the first and second clicked connectors, then I create a shape and add the connections between them.
Do you know a better approach?

Hello Maurício,
As the diagram control is very extensible, there should be at least few approaches that you can use to achieve your requirement. However, the described approach seems quite good for achieving your requirement. If you need further assistance, please let us know.
