Hello Mi,
RadDiagram doesn't really have any orientation modes. It is rather a canvas with infinite size and therefore it takes as much of the screen as it can.
Can you please elaborate on the layout you need to create so that we can further assist you? Also, you can apply a Width and Hieght to your RadDiagram instance to make sure it takes up only as much of the screen as you need (e.g size of Width 763px and Height 1092px to get a default A4 portrait-like size).
