How do i go about doing this using VS 2012. I do have the extension installed.

Currently, you cannot do provisionless deployment via Ion from the Icenium Extension for Visual Studio. To test your work, you need to run your project in the simulator or build and deploy it on device with an iOS development or Ad Hoc provisioning profile.
