Hi team,

I attended the webinar yesterday and today I started testing things out.

I followed all the steps and created tabstrip.

With 3 html pages.

Clicking on tabstrips pointing to html page is not working. Link is getting created like account.html/#account.html and it is not working.

R u going to load the demo you shown somewhere so that we can match code and see what we are doing wrong.

Hi Alok,

Sorry to hear that. We are working on getting our demos posted and will be putting up a blog ASAP with information on where to get them, so keep an eye on http://www.kendoui.com/blogs.aspx

Thanks!

I made a sample program and it run fine in the chrome browser.

I used phonegap steps and loaded it and attached my andriod mobile and try to run it.

Now I have three views, all basic in nature. If I keep all 3 view in same page it just runs fines. But if I keep view in spereate HTML page it has issues.

We have plans to make full order project using Kendo so keeping all in one place will be cumbersome to handle and debug.

We are looking for a solution that we can break our main views in seperate areas (u know classes, user controls blah blah....) instead of pumping everything in one HTML page.

I am attaching a very very simple project here. This is not working using PHONEGAP and KendoUI framework. May be I am making some mistake or what is the issue please help.

Starting page is mainmenu.

Sorry,

Ignore my this request. It worked after re-downloading all again from kendo and using those js files.

I have one more request:

We want to built complex project, so having JUST one tab strip wont work for us. Is there anyway we can do this:

  1. On a click event it goes to another page, where we have another tabstrip with back option.
  2. Ability to select any tabs there on page load with marking tabs. For example I have 4 new tabs there and based on user selection either tab one or two or ... get selected.
I am trying to evaluate product in nature where we can use it to built complex projects. Building small apps won't help us.

Again thanks in advance for faster replies.

Hi,

Kendo UI Mobile framework does not impose any limits on the amount of widgets used. You can use multiple layouts in the same application. Check the Application, View, and Layout documentation for more information. For details about the TabStrip widget, please refer to the TabStrip documentation section.
