Demo page rating/feedback controls

I was wondering what is used on telerik's demo pages for the feedback box along with the rating control?

It is at the top above the example, in blue.

Hello Natalie Deych,
The feedback form is placed inside a RadToolTip control. The tooltip control is not defined on the page initially, but is fetched using our RadXmlHttpPanel control. Please refer to our online demos for additional information on the two controls:

2. RadXmlHttpPanel
