I cannot delete a revoked certificate with Graphite. This is the one expiring 2/12/14,

Hi Christophe,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we verified the problem and have logged it for fixing in our system. For the time being, please log into Mist with the same account and delete the certificate from there.
